WELCOME from the PRNABC 25th Biennial Exhibits Committee
It is with great pleasure on behalf of the executive and Conference Planning Committee we invite you to our 25th Biennial PRNABC Provincial Conference and our 50th Anniversary of PRNABC June 24 to 27th 2016 at the Coast Capri Hotel in our central Okanagan city of Kelowna British Columbia.
We are excited to celebrate our 50th anniversary of PRNABC with the theme “50 years on the Cutting Edge” which will showcase PRNABC history and perioperative changes we have seen in the last 50 years, and of course look to the future for what is yet to come. We will honour those who had foresight and commitment to make this organization in what it is today.
We invite you to collaborate with us in displaying to our delegates the changes that have taken place in the perioperative setting over the years and what we can expect in the future. We all know that technology has exploded and invaded all aspects of our world but none is so great as in how it has affected the changes in the operating room and health care. It has influenced our standard in how we deliver care to our patients. Technology has helped change our vision and standards of practice. I can only imagine what history each of you can bring along with future ideas and how it has and well change the way we deliver care to our patients.
Peri operative nurses need continual education on the technological changes that affect our best practice. The commitment and dedication of our industry partners is exceptional in helping us become educated on the new technology that is introduced in our work setting. Our Provincial Conferences gives you the opportunity to network and socialize with our delegates of all levels of the team to teach and educate our perioperative nurses and demonstrate how we can deliver care to our patients safely. Please join us for a fun and educational weekend in 2016.
The Coast Capri Hotel allows for up to 48 (8-ft x 10-ft) booths. The trade show can accommodate large format vendors who may wish to purchase multiple booths. See Trade Show floor plan below.
The PRNABC 25th Biennial Conference Vendor Prospectus is NOW available – email the committee to receive your registration package.
Each exhibitor booth will include:
* 8-ft piped and draped back wall
* 3-ft piped and draped side walls
* one (1) 6-ft dressed table
* two (2) standard chairs
* one (1) waste basket
* two (2) conference registrations for staff
* two (2) lunch vouchers per day
* two (2) banquet vouchers
The drapery colour will be seafoam green with a white center panel. The table will include a seafoam green skirt.
The venue is carpeted. Should an exhibitor wish to add a specific coloured carpet piece, they can order it through the show decorator.
Additional registrations and vouchers are available for purchase. An electrical outlet is $45 plus gst extra at time of registration. Additional service options from the show decorator are available for purchase.
Interested Exhibitors are welcome to add à la carte sponsorship options (see Sponsorship page).
Booth space allocations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to Gold, Silver and Bronze level sponsors. The organizing committee reserves the right to allocate exhibit space but every effort will be made to accommodate your company’s request.

SUNDAY June 26: 11:00 am – 2:00 pm
Set-up: Friday 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm & Saturday 8:00 am – 10:00 am (special approval required for Saturday morning move-in – email: firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire)
Take down: Sunday 2:30 pm – 5:00 pm
